Chapter II
Back at the oven, four years later.
Before Sugar bréak there was MHDelight, Maryam baking on her own. She wound it down in 2022, when the kids were small and the days were full, and the oven went cold for four years.
Then Maryam met Naqiyah. They got talking about the old brand, and in 2026 they brought it back as Sugar bréak. Maryam still runs the kitchen: she sources, weighs, and bakes everything herself. Naqiyah handles marketing and delivery. The kitchen is in North Nazimabad. Every box is small-batch and made to order, best within three days of leaving the oven, because there is nothing in there keeping it on a shelf.

How we bake
How a Sugar bréak brownie is made.
Three steps, one home kitchen, no shortcuts. Each box is mixed, baked and packed the morning of your delivery.

Melting it down
Butter and dark chocolate melted together gently until smooth and glossy, the base for everything.
- Step 02
Folding the batter
Dark chocolate, brown sugar, two eggs. Folded by hand, never machine-mixed, so the crumb stays dense and the top forms that papery crust.
- Step 03
Baking them slow
32 minutes at 165°C, kept deliberately low. The gentle heat sets the edges while the centre stays dense and fudgy.

We bake to order and settle the delivery day with you on WhatsApp at confirmation, same-day included when the bake schedule has room.

The OG Fudge is PKR 450 / 800 / 1,100, Double Chocolate Decadence is PKR 500 / 900 / 1,250, Cookies & Cream Crunch is PKR 500 / 900 / 1,200, Hazelnut Cocoa Swirl is PKR 500 / 900 / 1,300, and Lotus Biscoff Crumble is PKR 650 / 1,150 / 1,650. Four Galore (pick any 4) starts from PKR 880 and The Mixed Six (pick any 6) starts from PKR 1,230, both depending on which flavours you choose. The Mini Bréak tub is PKR 700. Minis come in boxes of 16 or 24 at the same price as that flavour's 4 or 6 piece box, and the Mini Mix (pick your flavours) starts from PKR 880 for 16 and PKR 1,230 for 24. No, our brownies contain eggs. The fudgy texture relies on them.
How long do the brownies stay fresh?
Best within 3 days, kept in an airtight container at room temperature. Honestly though, most boxes don't see day three.
